Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging, including any certificates, boxes, or documentation
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order
Please Note: Due to the personal nature of certain items, personalized jewelry (as indicated in our “Personalization” menu) and swimwear (for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RAN inside the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
