Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with a seamless return or exchange process.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Packaged in the original box or packaging, including certificates and documentation.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: Due to their personal nature, personalized jewelry (as featured in our “Personalization” menu) and swimwear (for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product name(s), and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including the RAN inside. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for safety.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
